When the Easton Shopping Center wanted to expand East past Stelzer Rd into a 54 acre area, they teamed up with Ruscilli Construction Company who called upon Trucco to do the heavy lifting. With over $10 million worth of contracts, Trucco moved approximately 450,000 CY of dirt, installed over 32,000 LF of storm, water and sanitary pipe, constructed approximately 600,000 SF of building pads, built 3 associated road widenings, and installed a large underground retention basin which consisted of a StormTech System beneath a Pervious Paver parking lot . Easton Gateway officially opened in 2015 with anchor stores of Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream.
Formerly named River Downs, this horse racing track and casino, located along the Ohio River in Cincinnati, was extensively redeveloped by the new owner, Pinnacle Entertainment, in 2013 and 2014. Performing over $9.2 million worth of work for Yates/Paric, Trucco was brought in for demolition, earth moving, grading, underground utility installation and construction of a new 1 mile dirt track with an inner grass turf track. Trucco worked through numerous design changes to help ensure the facility opened for racing on May 1, 2014.
