With an initial contract value of over $30.4 million, Trucco Construction was the low bidder for this 4.64 mile extension of Sawmill Parkway. This multiple-municipality project includes 4 roundabouts, a signalized intersection with US Rte 42, over 550,000 CY of dirt to be moved, approximately 74,000 LF of underground pipe, numerous culverts, over 232,000 SY of cement stabilized subgrade and nearly 19 miles of curb and gutter. Completion is set for late 2016.
As part of a continuing effort to revitalize West Broad St, ODOT 158006 was awarded to Trucco with their bid of just over $13.5 million. The project includes 10 miles of storm and waterline, 300 storm structures, over 26,000 LF of curb, almost 81,000 SF of sidewalk and additional drive lanes. Extensive new signal work, street lighting, landscaped medians and an asphalt overlay are also part of the project.
Delaware County released this project to help with traffic backups along SR 257 and South Section Line at Home Rd. Trucco was the low bidder on this $4.8 million project, which consisted of 2 roundabouts, storm sewer improvements, concrete walk and curbs, lighting and landscaping. A complex, multi-phased MOT plan was utilized to minimize traffic impacts.
