Woodruff Tuttle
Trucco Construction was awarded this project at The Ohio State University with a contract amount of approximately $8.5 million. The project’s goal was to make this section of Woodruff Ave, from the Olentangy River, West of Ohio Stadium, to Central College Road, more pedestrian-friendly, as well as to rehabilitate the deteriorating underground infrastructure. This project included 84,000 sf of new sidewalk, nearly 7,000 feet of granite curb, chilled water lines, new storm drainage lines, revamped street lighting and traffic signals, extensive landscaping and much more – all while following a complex MOT plan, centered around student/pedestrian access.
