Belterra Park
Formerly named River Downs, this horse racing track and casino, located along the Ohio River in Cincinnati, was extensively redeveloped by the new owner, Pinnacle Entertainment. Performing over $9.2 million worth of work for Yates/Paric, Trucco was brought in for demolition, earth moving, grading, underground utility installation and construction of a new 1 mile dirt track with an inner grass turf track. Trucco worked through numerous design changes to help ensure the facility opened on time for racing.
