Trucco Construction was selected by Continental Building Systems to team up with them and owner Crawford Hoying on what is now Dublin, Ohio’s most talked about residential and commercial development. The team at Trucco managed all aspects of the site development for Blocks A, B and C. This included self-performing the mass excavation, sanitary & storm sewer installation, water main installation, and site concrete work while also managing the intricate hardscapes and landscaping features, paving, and electrical work. Trucco and its professional team of subs managed over $16 Million dollars’ worth of sitework to successful completion on a very busy site.
