BERLIN MANOR
Located in fast-growing Delaware County, Trucco has completed the first 2 phases of the Berlin Manor subdivision. To complete the roughly 80 lots, approximately 100,000 CY of earth was moved, 6,000 LF of sanitary sewer, 5,700 LF of waterline, and 10,200 LF of storm sewer was installed and over 2 miles of curb was slipped. Despite some unfavorable weather, Phase 2 (38 lots) was completed within a very aggressive timetable. Trucco mobilized in mid-September and paving occurred in early December.
