Beulah Park
Townsend Construction selected Trucco as its site development contractor for the redevelopment of the former Beulah Park race track. Trucco’s $13 million in contracts at the 106 acre site featured approximately 500,000 CY of excavation, 18,000 LF of sanitary sewer, 26,000 LF of storm sewer, 20,000 LF of waterline and 12,500 LF of street construction that included two roundabouts and two Conspan culverts.
