Sunbury Meadows Section 9 & 10
Delaware County, Ohio continues to be one of the fasting growing counties in the Nation. To help meet this demand, in 2016 the Pulte Group decided to release a 130 lot Subdivision in the Village of Sunbury in its ongoing Sunbury Meadows development. Section 9 & 10 would be Pulte’s largest release of lots at a single time to date. The original contract value was just over $3.3 million. Work included moving over 300,000 CY of earth, approximately 33,500 LF of underground utilities (including sanitary sewer, storm sewer and waterlines) & 15,000 LF of curbs.
