Tarlton Meadows West
To help meet the growing housing demand in the fast growing city of Hilliard, Ohio, the Tarlton Meadows West subdivision was built under a joint partnership between the Pulte Group and Rockford Homes. They teamed up with Trucco for the initial 4 phases, performed as one project, and eventually added another 5 projects. After the deep sanitary, and challenging, wet ground conditions of the initial phases, Trucco constructed a pedestrian underpass for the very busy multi-use path crossing through the neighborhood. This included a 20’ x 10’ box culvert that served as the pedestrian underpass and a 23’ deep lift station to handle the storm water. A turn-key road widening followed, with the next 3 subdivision phases close behind.
Trucco performed over $7 million of work, which consisted of appx 10,000 LF of sanitary sewer, 10,000 LF of waterline, over 21,000 LF of storm sewer, just over 4 miles of curb and gutter, and 300,000 cy of earth moving.
